Sun, Research Excellence & Post-Study Work Rights
Australia's Group of Eight universities are world-ranked powerhouses — with up to 4 years of post-study work rights for graduates.
Why Study in Australia?
Australia consistently ranks among the top three global study destinations, attracting more than 600,000 international students to its universities, colleges, and vocational institutions. The country's world-class education system, outstanding natural environment, and generous post-study work arrangements make it uniquely appealing.
The Group of Eight (Go8) universities — including the University of Melbourne, ANU, and University of Sydney — are recognised globally for research output and teaching excellence. Beyond the Go8, Australia has a broad network of high-quality universities offering programmes across every discipline.
Australian student visa holders can work up to 48 hours per fortnight during term time and unlimited hours during scheduled breaks. After graduation, the Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa allows students to live and work in Australia for 2 to 4 years, with metropolitan graduates now also qualifying.
